INTRODUCTION
This website is operated by Red Berry Crafts, please read our terms and conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By using the website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you must not use the website. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice by updating, changing or replacing the content shown, it is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions whenever you visit our site. Your continued use of our website following any changes made to out terms and conditions constitutes acceptance of these changes.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We try to provide as full and accurate description of our products as is possible, however due to the materials used there may be slight variances between shape, size and colour. Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly. We reserve the right to change measurements and descriptions of items at any time, or to modify or discontinue items without prior notice. Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice; the prices currently shown on the website supersede all previous list prices. Prices are shown inclusive of VAT. We may also offer new services or products through the website, and these will also be subject to these terms and conditions.
ORDERING YOUR ITEMS
You can browse our product pages, and select the items you want, follow the instructions for any modifications you would like and then add them to your basket, where you can once again check your order before completing your online checkout procedure. Please make sure that you have provided us with the correct address and postcode for delivery as we cannot accept liability for any late or failed deliveries due to incorrect delivery details being provided with your order. Your purchasing security is very important to us, so when you purchase from our shop your payments are accepted via Paypal, you do not need to have a Paypal account to use this service. It is a secure method of payment, the terms of use for Paypal can be found on the Paypal website. This means that we do not see or store any of your credit or debit card details on our site. Postage and packing Postage and packaging is calculated by weight and will be added to your order at the checkout stage, we use Royal Mail for smaller orders and couriers for larger, heavier deliveries. You need to allow up to 5 days for delivery from the time of dispatch. Orders may be collected by special agreement; you would need to contact us to make that arrangement. For overseas deliveries you would need to contact us to get a quote for costs and delivery charges, please contact us at Sales@redberrycrafts.co.uk
DELIVERIES
It is our intention to produce and dispatch your goods as soon as possible, however we produce and ship items in the order they come in, so if we are busy we may not be able to dispatch as quickly as usual. We aim to turnaround orders in 3-5 working days, although at peak ordering times throughout the year this may take a little longer, anything from 5-10 days. We will show the current leadtime for orders on the home page of the website. Once your order is shipped we will send you an email to let you know it's on its way, orders are expected to arrive within 5 working days so if you haven't received your order by then please let us know by emailing with your order number to Sales@redberrycrafts.co.uk Orders that do not reach their destination after 15 days will be treated as lost. Customers must contact us within 21 days of the shipped notification to be eligible for a refund, after this time a credit note may be issued at our discretion.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, if there is a problem with your item you need to contact us promptly by email at Sales@redberrycrafts.co.uk so that we can resolve the issue. If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect please contact us within 10 days and we will arrange a replacement, or refund according to your wishes. We reserve the right to request the return of the damaged item at our cost. If you wish to return an item for any other reason, with the exception of personalized or custom products, we need to receive it back within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Contact us first, then repack it with care and return to us at your cost, please make sure that you package your item to prevent damage occurring during transit. Once we have received the returned item we will issue a refund of replacement whichever you prefer. Please note that we cannot refund postage costs unless your item is damaged or faulty. Acceptance of these terms will not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any order.
VAT CHARGES
VAT is charged at the standard current UK rate. The prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT, we provide a VAT receipt with all purchases.
