Estimated delivery times shown on our Website are for guidance only and may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you informed if there are any delays to your order.

European Union, Brexit and Ordering from Outside the United Kingdom

From 11pm GMT on 31 January 2020, the UK formally ceased to be a member state of the EU.

General Overview

If you are buying goods from the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) from 1 January 2021, you may incur customs charges, duty, and tax. The VAT relief for consignments of €22 or less was removed from 1 July 2021.

As the buyer, you are responsible for:

  • The accuracy of the customs declaration

  • Paying any duty and tax charged by your country

  • Understanding that some websites do not include duty and tax in their prices

Falsely marking an item as a gift or giving a false value on a customs declaration is against the law and may result in fees and penalties.

Our Policy

Red Berry Crafts is a reputable UK-based company. We will not falsify customs documentation or mark orders as gifts to help customers avoid customs charges under any circumstances.

Due to the variance in VAT rates across the EU, the calculation of any VAT and/or Duty applied by Customs in the destination country is the buyer's responsibility. Each EU member country has different VAT rates and charges.

More information on current EU member VAT rates can be found at: www.europa.eu/youreurope/business/taxation/vat/vat-rules-rates

Further information can be obtained from your destination country's Government or National Postal Office.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Using Discount Codes

When we offer promotions or discount codes, the specific terms (including whether they can be combined with other offers) will be clearly stated at the time of the promotion.

Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.

Changes to Promotions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or discount code at any time without prior notice.

Validity

All discount codes are subject to expiry dates and usage limits as specified in the promotional terms. We may refuse or cancel orders where discount codes have been used fraudulently or in breach of the promotional terms.
