Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason.
To cancel, please contact us at sales@redberrycrafts.co.uk before the end of the 14-day cancellation period.
Returning Your Goods
You must return the goods to us at: Red Berry Crafts 7C Fen End, Stotfold, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG5 4BA
You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. You can meet this deadline by posting the goods before the 14-day period expires.
Return Costs
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
Condition of Returns
Goods must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging, labels, and documentation intact. You are entitled to handle goods in the same way you would examine them in a shop. However, if the goods have been used or handled excessively, we may deduct an amount from your refund reflecting any loss in value.
Your Refund
We will refund the full purchase price (including the original delivery charge) using your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned goods. We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving your return.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are excluded from our returns policy and cannot be returned for a refund:
Custom-made or personalised items created specifically to your requirements
Items that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons
Perishable goods
Digital downloads or services where performance has begun with your consent
Faulty or Misdescribed Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us immediately at sales@redberrycrafts.co.uk and we will arrange a resolution, which may include:
Full refund (including return postage costs)
Repair or replacement
Partial refund if appropriate
For faulty goods, we will cover the cost of return postage.
Sale and Discounted Items
Your statutory right to cancel within 14 days applies to all items, including those purchased on sale or with a discount code. However, your refund will be for the amount you actually paid (the discounted price), not the original list price.
