Making and dispatching your order
We make and dispatch orders as quickly as we can. As everything is produced in order of purchase, dispatch times can vary slightly during busier periods.
Our usual turnaround time for standard items is 3–5 working days. During peak times this may extend to 5–10 working days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email to let you know it’s on its way.
Delivery times
Orders are usually delivered within 5 working days of dispatch. If your order hasn’t arrived within this timeframe, please contact us at Sales@redberrycrafts.co.uk, quoting your order number.
Orders that have not arrived 15 days after dispatch will be considered lost. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 21 days of the dispatch notification. After this time, a credit note may be issued at our discretion.
